Please do a Clean Install from System Boot-up with this Windows CD disk.
This is not an Upgrade Disk.
The new CD-key is slipstreamed into the CD so there is no need to insert it when installing the OS.

I have been downloaded 3 complete parts , & when my last part near to completing download, downloading speed suddenly goes 0, then i just chk hot file link, that's notihing more.

I've heard of a "Corporate Edition," and a "Student Edition," but what is a "Corporate Student Edition?" This seems to be a modified / expanded Student edition, yet the picture you have provided is for SPA's Windows XP Black Edition.
