Wow! Is Neil Diamond so old that he can't think of an original name for his album?
Hot August Night is his August 24, 1972 live double album concert at The Greek Theatre in Los Angeles. The tract list in this album is differrent, too. What we've got here is akin to calling a modern live recording of different bands, "Woodstock." You can't go back there and any attempt to do so is always disappointing.
I would be interested in the 1972 release, if you've got it. Thanks.
