BetterMemo is spaced repetition software for Windows, which makes remembering facts, names, numbers, and preparing for exams, easy. BetterMemo shows your notes in the moment you are going to forget them. So you not only remember them, but spend less time learning.
Input
In BetterMemo, you can input two kinds of notes. Questions contain exacts facts, names or numbers and BetterMemo can test how well do you recall them, depending on your answer. Plain notes contain longer information like articles or book excerpts.
Review
BetterMemo will show you each note for review, when it decides you are about to forget that item. It will calculate when this is likely to happen, taking in mind how many times did you review this item already, how well do you recall it (for questions) and some other factors.
BetterMemo is smart enough to show your notes, only when you really need to review them, thus saving you time and making learning faster.
Learn
BetterMemo will give you a rich feedback on how well do you learn your notes. A small wheel in front of the note title, indicates on which interval of the study you are.
The Statistics screen will show you all the information you need to about how many due notes you have in the next days, how well do you learn your notes, etc...
