When a terrorist group takes Alcatraz Island and threaten to shoot missiles at San Francisco, a special commando team prepares to respond to the threat. Old Special Forces agent and teacher, Joe is now in jail in order to beat to death by official error which cost the lives of a whole team of Joe.
