Jenna Jameson is Vivid’s top seller, a cross between Madonna and Martha Stewart who knows all about “inside-her trading.” Hot on Jenna’s heels comes Briana Banks, the girl nicknamed “ti**s-on-a-stick” who entered the adult world so that she and her baby sister could stop sleeping in her car.
