Будущее - за фотореалистичными изображениями, содержащими информацию как в глубоких тенях, так и в светах. Первый шаг на этом пути слелан. Это RAW (форматы которого не совместимы между собой). Второй - HDR, новый единый стандарт для изображений с высоким динамическим диапазоном. Также на роль такого стандарта претендует FJPEG (floating point jpeg).
