Kurulum tamamlandıktan sonra uygulamanın kurulduğunu ve kurulum görüntüsünü kaydedip ve değişiklikleri bulması için "Application..." seçeneği seçilirse, program tekrar tarama yaptıktan sonra ilk aldığı görüntüyle sonraki aldığı görüntünün farkını size bildirir.

Program, alınan görüntüler arasında kıyaslama yapar. Değişen, eklenen, silinen girişleri gösterir. Total Uninstall bu değişiklikleri kaydeder ve programı kaldırmaya karar verdiğinizde tüm izleri temizlemiş olursunuz.
