Parkan II is a mixture of space and first person action with a mission-driven and non-linear storyline. The game features several hundreds of solar systems with anything from one to ten individual planets per system, on which the player may land. Depending on the standing with the particular clan owning the planet, the player can trade, get news or missions from the base or even invading and conquering it in an FPS like way. The same applies to many ships you encounter on your travels between the planets.
While most of Parkan II's gameplay is based on action, simulation and roleplaying elements are also included. Your ship's as well as your battle suit's systems and weapons can be upgraded with better equipment and there are various combat drones to help you with fights on the ground or in space.
