In a post-apocalyptic Earth, Travis and Kevin, two members of an elite tribe of righteous fighters known as the Steel Of Fire Warriors, return to their home camp after an extensive scouting mission to discover nearly their entire people killed by the evil Lord Gilgazorg and his mutant horde, known as mutantzoids. They seek to avenge their people but a rift develops between Kevin and Travis that sets Kevin off on his own to go after Lord Gilgazorg, while Travis gathers new fighters for the impending battle. From the prologue: "First the world was normal, everyone was happy. Then, the apocalypse happened and everything changed. Politics failed. Civilization fell into disarray. Out of the muck of this primordial devastation rose the hideous, deformed and evil Mutantzoids destroying everything in sight with their horrible mutant powers and appearances. None would stand in their swath of destruction, with the possible exception of... Steel Of Fire Warriors 2010 A.D." Features a battle robot companion named Robobot (a guy in a cardboard suit wrapped in aluminum foil) built by Kevin, a muppet like creature with a voice like Miss Piggy, but male, named Xiao Ping, lots of gas masks, mutants with goggles and biker helmets, trash can shields, dismemberment, beheading, disembowelment, and a great repetitive synth score.
