Welcome to my Before and After Body Blitz. When I look at the before photo I can't believe I used to look like that, I had put on a whole 2 stone without even realising it and had gone from a size 10 to a size 14. I had to do something about it and I am so glad that I did.
So I began to eat better - cutting out all of the junk food that I used to love and I worked with trainer Leroy Stewart who devised this fabulous workout for me.
