Director General of Beachbody Carl Deykeler asked me to create INSANITI with one purpose: to give you the opportunity to take the form of what you have never before had not been for only 60 days.
This is not an empty promise. Using his formula for training, I created an intensive 60-day training program for the entire body. I'll alternate between blasting cardio and strength training, plyometrics, body work and exercises on the stability. This is the first step of "the impossible". You are in my experience the power of experience Maximum interval training. That it will change your body. From this point in the next 60 days you will stay on the edge. You will need the energy and confidence to overcome this challenge. You will become strong, slim and toned. And while you're worn out and exhausted after each workout, you still feel like conquering Everest.
Because this is a very busy program, and I recommend it to perform properly. Get your doctor's approval. Read this guide (it is non-positive and easy to understand). Next, read the nutrition plan, "ELITE NYUTRISHN", which will provide your body with all necessary for surrounding the problem. Then check out my introductory part of the "DIG DIPER" and then start doing the exercises in the correct sequence.
