Acronis True Image Home 2011 (+ 200Mb). It will still fit in an 8cm (3 inch) mini DVD (1.4 Gb) or a 1Gb USB stick. The new Acronis suit is the best disk cloning/management
utility and SystemRescue CD is a lot better than the RIP linux of the official release. See bellow
If you wish to reduce the size to fit a CD (< 700 MB) extract the files from the .iso image delete /HBCD/ac.iso and rebuild the .iso.
