The DXF DWG converter is an easy to use and precise conversion tool. It allows to downgrade/upgrade the file version an change the file format.
DWG Express is very usefull for:
DXF / DWG Downgrade:
Not compatible entities of the higher version will be converted into entities of the lower version. For example ellipse in polyline or hatch pattern in hatch block. The conversion takes place practically without data loss.
DXF / DWG Upgrade:
The data structure of DXF / DWG files will be changed to the corresponding file version. During the conversion to DWG R13-2006 a preview bitmap will be generated.
