Wensheng Boxing is a rare internal martial arts practiced in Shandong province. Created in the 17th century, its movements are combined with Taoist breathing methods; its spiral movements are based on the meridian theories of Traditional Chinese Medicine. The practice of the style allows to further develop and fully demonstrate inborn abilities of human body. The style contain two methods Non martial (Wen Gong meditation practices as well as Internal Skills in Nine Steps) as well as Martial Methods (Wu Gong various boxing and weapons methods). Movements of Wensheng Boxing are practiced in slow, natural manner with great emphasis on whole body power..
