That release included 4 DVDs. The first DVD, entitled "Jump Start" was not playable, unfortunately, and I was not able to find another source for it. That release was also missing one of the audio files and was RARed so that downloaders could not select individual files from the package. The DVDs were also unnecessarily huge, so I encoded them to a more reasonable size and split them into individual video files for each chapter for easy access and viewing. Though the first DVD was broken, the second DVD starts out with the video portion for lesson 1, so hopefully nothing important was lost. This is, to my knowledge, the only release to include the video portion, so I wanted to conserve it despite the fact that it was badly packed. It's a helpful program, I think, and I was the one that left the bad rating on the original release. I was just hoping the original uploader would re-rip the first dvd and give us a fully working release, but that didn't happen. So don't let the bad rating on the original release put you off. It was not meant to reflect the content of the release, but the fact that it was a mess Well, I've lived with terrible anxiety for most of my life, and depression and agoraphobia at different times, too. It's something that I would really love to be free of. I imagine that there are other people online, especially, who suffer with the same issues, but we don't often talk about it. I know that talking with people who deal with similar issues is helpful, so as of today I am going to set up the channel #anxiety-peersupport on irc.bitmetv.org I idle a lot on IRC, so I am always "around" even if I am really AFK. Please feel welcome to join the channel if you would like to talk to someone who shares some of your feelings or to share your experiences with therapy or self-help such as this program or anything else to do with anxiety, agoraphobia, depression, social phobia, etc. I'd like to keep it focused on these conditions, even though people with anxiety or depressive problems may also be bipolar, psychotic, have addictive problems, etc. Of course general chat is also great and most welcome. It's sometimes just nice to know that other people share the same kinds of feelings and be reassured that it doesn't make you a "freak" or anything. Anxiety, and especially social anxiety and agoraphobia responds well to peer help and group therapy, so maybe this will be a good idea... Let's try it out and see how it goes
