Battle Realms - the action takes place in a fantasy Japan, the war-torn between the four clans. Wolf Clan - red-haired barbarians, who worship nature. Battle Realms: Winter of the Wolf - a prequel to the original game, that is the story of previous events. The action takes place seven years before the events of Battle Realms. Kenji, the protagonist of the original game, still in exile (where he had to go on suspicion of murdering his own father, Prince Oja, leader of the Snake Clan), so he founded the Dragon Clan does not yet exist. The main hero is now Grayback Wolf Clan of the barbarian. In the Winter of the Wolf clan, this is far from experiencing the best of times: it is entirely enslaved by the Lotus Clan and condemned to hard labor in mines lotusovskih.
The addon is built into the game and presented in a separate campaign.
