This is one of Amy's favorites! If you are ready to ''move it,'' we've got your workout right here. Make some space people...Amy will have you flying around the room like never before! This train of NRG comes through the station without stopping. Calories are burning at a high rate and then suddenly, a plyometric move is introduced, bringing cardiovascular/anaerobic training to a new level. If you are looking to build stamina or muscular endurance (and have an absolute party while doing it) then this DVD should be added to your fitness regimen. Enjoy this combination of cardiovascular training with Hi/Lo and the other half with resistance training. A complete package for one workout!
Equipment list includes: resistance tubing, stability ball, dumbbells and a mat.
*We suggest performing this workout two times per week with two days in between sessions.

Aprox run time 47 mins
Short ultra intense cardio followed by a potpourri of various body sculpting routines. Its particularly varied, Amy is constantly changing structure, tempo, range of motion and groups of muscles worked.
Aerobics is fast and furious non-stop with plyometric jumps and hard turns. The shift has a personal trainer feel, its designed to keep you interested with lots of miscellaneous equipment. You get variations of classical movements and a series of more advanced exercises (push ups for example on a stage with a rotation). Requires two sets of dumbbells, a ertube X, a stability ball and a step (used for toning). A fantastic mix of cardio and pump! Although the music is rocking, you will fly through this intense calorie burning hello / lo cardio segment with a smile. Amys intensity is contagious and his movements are so fun, you do not realize how much you work.
