Ted Allen challenges Wayne Lyons, Rosalind Balducci, Adam Powers and Shawn Dickensheets to create a three-course meal by using oysters, clementines, Chinese okra and French dressing for the Appetizer round; duck breasts, green tea, adzuki beans and Brussels sprouts for the Entrйe round; and Meyer lemons, cottage cheese, passion fruit and soba noodles for the Dessert round.
