All current updates for and including the Character Builder itself.
1: Start ddisetup.exe
2: After the installation is done start installing the updates. Going through 01 to 15. You may need to right click the files and run them as administrator. Do this if you get a 7-zip problem.

You should now have the fully updated CB. The Character Builder is still missing all of the Essentials material.
