Red Bull have been the dominant force this season, with Sebastian Vettel, who took the chequered flag at this race last year, having clinched the 2011 drivers' championship with victory at the Japanese Grand Prix four races ago. The constructors' title has also been decided already, after Red Bull obtained an unassailable lead following podium finishes for Vettel and Mark Webber at the Korean Grand Prix.
