Dört yıl önce çok gizli bir sırrı taşıyan bir meteor Dünya'ya düşer. Şimdi ash , Pikachu ve arkadaşlarının yardımı ile sırların çözüldüğü , ileri teknoloji ürünü Larusse Şehri'ne doğru yola çıkma zamanıdır.Ekibimiz burada Pokemon ve eğitmenlerinden çok korkan Tory ile tanşırlar. Bu sırada gökyüzünde yeni bir tehlike belirir : Gizemli ışıklar arasındaki daha önce hiç bilinmeyen yeni bir Pokemon olan Deoxys...Deoxys ile Rayguaza arasında müthiş bir savaş başlar. Bu savaşı kazanmaya Ash ve Pikachu'nun yardımları bile yetmeyecektir. Var olan herkesin yardımı gerekmektedir.
