A solid total-body-toner, co-taught by the founders of New York’s famous Exhale Spa (Elisabeth Halfpapp and Fred DeVito). This program features a fusion of Pilates, yoga and athletic-style stretches (with a strong emphasis on body control and mindful movement). You get five 10-minute segments; each works a different body part with different exercises. But it’s the overall “feel” that makes these Exhale programs unique — calm, low-key instruction combined with an intimate, spa-like setting (plus a personal-trainer-style focus on breath and alignment). It has lots of between-move stretches and some unique “stillness” exercises (e.g. just holding your legs up during a core routine is tough).
