Indeed the advances in the analytic theory of fluid mechanics have rested heavily upon and have contributed greatly to our knowledge of nonlinear differential equations, both ordinary and partial. Thus it is surprising to note that no bound volume exists which unifies a number of available methods for solving nonlinear ordinary differential equations in transport problems.
