The first workout gives a good cardio workout as well asgiving target toning. The second is a floor workout, without cardio.Ive been doing this a while now, and I still love it. To increasedifficulty, I add heavier and heavier leg weights, and sometimes I addhand weights as well. Once you go through it a few times, you learn theroutine and know how many things you have to go before youre done. I doboth workouts in a row, and it still goes by quickly.
Tamileechanges the exercises to keep you from getting bored, explains aboutstretching, muscles youre using, and reasons youre working thosemuscles. She also has a good presence and helps keep the workout fromgetting tedious.
This is a great workout for all levels, as you canadjust weights to keep improving. Ive tried many of the Buns of Steel,as well as a number of other workout tapes, and this one is simply myfavorite. I definintely recommend it.
