If you do have any issues with 99 99 99 99 99 , get the backtrack bootable disk and type the following after using it to boot.

cp /mnt/sda3/etc/lilo.conf /etc/lilo.conf
lilo -v
init 6


If you want to change the wait time or default boot on the different OS's at the start - boot into backtrack,
open a terminal shell window and type

nano /etc/lilo.conf

Edit the settings as required and then press CTRL + X to save and then type

lilo -v

This should reset the boot settings.
