Not for beginners, this explosive, rapid-fire choreography never lets up (Amy "cues as she goes," no slowing down to demo a move). Moving way beyond static punches and kicks, Amy's combos are wide-ranging and unusually varied (from spins and directional changes to plyo-jumps and traveling lunges). You also get an aerobic / anaerobic element; each series includes an extra-intense "power burst." It all ends with ab sculpting. Requires an X-ertube and a step (only for the toning). Also includes some "pre-mixed" workout options.
