I love Neena and Veena's videos and they are really great for exercise and really give the body and muscles a workout. I know of someone who actually lost 100 lbs. by changing her eating and using these as exercise and in the process became a really good belly dancer. I've seen some feedback about the moves having too much hand and veil work for it to feel like a true exercise video, etc. One thing you have to understand is that the Belly Twins are first and foremost, Belly Dancers and that is what they do and teach; they aren't exercise instructors.
