However, Romanov's other plans: remembering the humiliation experienced by the Russian people during the Allied occupation, he prepares to take revenge on America. Later in the Soviet campaign tells us that the right hand used the premier Yuri Romanov at the psychological impact and the other members of the Soviet government to encourage them to attack the U.S. while simultaneously manipulating both the USSR and the West, as well as working on creating its own army. The Soviet army intervened in the civil war in Mexico, supporting rebels fighting the pro-American government, which causes resentment of U.S. President Dugan. Further confrontation leads to the fact that both the USSR and the USA are ready to start another world war.
