INTUITIVE ONSCREEN CONTROLS

Mystical Lighting controls are very easy to use. With a few simple adjustments you can place and setup your tools to give you the desired look. As you adjust your onscreen controls Mystical Lighting renders the changes. And because Mystical Lighting is fully dynamic, any changes you make to your image can be undone as your original photo is never altered.

In Mystical Lighting each effect has a set of controls that allow you to adjust the visual settings. When you click on an effect path, for example, the controls will display the settings for this path only. You can make localized adjustments and receive precise results in this manner. Controls, in most cases, can be copied and reapplied elsewhere to duplicate similar results. You may also clone an effect layer and all the dynamic controlsare copied making it easy to create subtle variations between layers.

INTEGRATED SUPPORT FOR PHOTOSHOP

Mystical Lighting features complete support for Adobe Photoshop versions 4.0 and higher - including Photoshop CS. This includes integrated support for layers and transparency features.

UNLIMITED UNDO

With unlimited undo capability you can work and then quickly undo to correct mistakes and go back as far as you like. Brush strokes, transformations, control changes, effect settings, layer creation and reordering - everything can be undone using this feature.

SMARTLAYERS

Mystical Lighting includes full support for layers. These SmartLayers work together to create new looks and communicate with each other to pass lighting and shading information to other effects. By combining and reordering different layers on the palette you can generate new visual results. Light Caster's streaming sunlight can blend into Wispy Mist showing highlighted mist, for example.

SAVE AND REPLAY EFFECTS WITH VISUAL PRESETS

Save and replay your effect settings for instant results.
Presets are Resolution Independent so you can get the same results while working on any sized file. Presets are saved in a Visual Preset Catalog with thumbnails showing you previews of the preset effects. You can save effect presets or layer presets. Effect presets alter just the effect while layer presets capture and replay an entire set ofeffects and build all layers needed to generate this look. Both effect and layer presets save in a visual catalog.

MEMORY DOTS

Click a memory dot on the interface and Mystical Lighting remembers your current settings. You can explore with your design ideas and come back to where you were with a single click.

DYNAMIC IMAGE AND EFFECT TRANSFORMATION

Effects and images can be freeform transformed multiple times with no loss to quality as Mystical Lighting always stores and works from the original image when generating effect layers. Everything is written dynamically so the user works in a true non-linear fashion and can go forward or back by adjusting the controls.

How to use Photoshop plugins

A plug-in is a software module, which is used with some other applications to enhance the capabilities of that application. Adobe Photoshop comes with pre-installed plug-ins. These plug-ins perform different type of effects on images.

To use plug-ins in Adobe Photoshop we need to install them in Adobe Photoshop's plug-in directory.When we install any plug-in it will ask you to give the path (some automatically finds Adobe Photoshop). Select the Adobe Photoshop's plug directory. When Adobe Photoshop will run it will automatically read these plug-ins. These plug-ins will be included in the Filter menu.

To use any plug-in, open the image on which we want to use effects. Then go to menu bar and select Filter and then in the end of this menu list select any of the installed plug-in.
