Her arm movements are small, repetitive, and ineffective for anything except trying to forget how many minutes you've been jogging in place. Her high-pitched "Woo!" utterances every few beats get irritating fast. This is Austin before she got good at what she does. If you like Denise Austin, pick one of her later videos. --Joan Price
